This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in the FlexTour Mobile app provided by FLEX TURİZM TİCARET VE SEYAHAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Flex Travel").
Open the FlexTour Mobile app and sign in.
Tap the Account tab in the bottom menu.
Tap Delete my account.
Read which data will be deleted and which will be retained, enter your password and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
You can still submit a request even if you have uninstalled the app or forgotten your password. Send an email to info@flextravel.com.tr, preferably from the email address registered in the system, with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including:
First and last name,
Username (if known),
Mobile phone number registered to the account.
We may contact you via your registered phone number to verify your identity. Once verified, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified by email.

| Sign-in account and all active sessions; username, password, phone number, email address; push tokens; SMS verification and password reset records; language, display and table preferences; online status. | Expense, advance, cash, currency exchange and sales records, together with the related receipt/document images, are retained for 10 years from the end of the relevant year as required by Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (Art. 82) and Tax Procedure Law No. 213 (Art. 253). These records remain linked only to your first and last name and the account can no longer be used. They are deleted or anonymized at the end of this period. |
Deleted data is automatically removed from encrypted backups within 35 days at the latest (daily backups 7 days, weekly backups 4 weeks).
If you want specific data deleted while keeping your account, such as your email address or contact details other than your registered phone number, email info@flextravel.com.tr with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Financial records subject to statutory retention cannot be deleted this way.
